I'm watching the anime: Final Fantasy Unlimited. I'm kind of ambivalent towards it so far. Only 2 episodes in, but it hasn't really grabbed me the way, say, Scryed or Rave have. It seems almost like a sort of low-rent Digimon rip-off set a sort of Final Fantasy universe with really crappy CGI every so often. It's not horrible, but definately not the greatest thing ever to grace the screen... I'll see how it goes later in the series (I've got 10 eps so far)
