At least, on the computer.
We sent my dad an e-birthday card today and you can make this thing called a 'veeper' that animates a picture and makes it talk.
I did one on the Blue Mountain card site that had a nice british accent as opposed to the Steven Hawking version I was stuck with on Sympatico, but alas, you have to pay to use the Blue Mountain one.
This link might work for the next couple days, if you want to see the card in action. It looks kind of wierd, but it's fun.
