Found this link on the Penny Arcade site today.
It's American, but it is still interesting. It's a bunch of language graphs. They break down how people say various words by region and also has the variations of various words (ie. is it CRAYfish or CRAWfish) broken out by region and popularity.
Good ol' geeky linguistic nonsense :)
