Today we whipped up a pot of the (in)famous Bean And Bacon Soup, a Wager family recipe that has been handed down through the generations. I have to say, it was pretty darn close to my mom's soup, though it wasn't quite there. I'm not sure what's missing...
It was the perfect supper for a gray and cloudy day like today and Garrett has declared it to be, and I quote, "The Most Good Soup Ever!"
The, um, side effects were also quite amusing in the bathtub later this evening. He kept himself entertained by just lying on the bottom of the tub and farting for 20 minutes :)
