No One Lives Forever 2 is great. I'm planning on spending good amount of time in the near future playing it some more. I loved finding the intelligence documents in the Russian base stating that 'there is a 19 cigarrette per day quota. No more no less. If you do not meet the quota, you will be shot. If you exceed the quota, you will be shot.'... there was a similar one about having a 9 cups of coffee/day quota too. All sorts of punishments for diluting the coffee w/ water or pouring it into the nearest plant too :)
