For those of you without the fortitude or willpower to withstand the insanity, here's the skinny.
It's part English instructional video, part aerobic workout and part how-to video about what to do when you're robbed by people speaking English when you only speak Japanese.
Nothing like a trio of fit young ladies doing aerobics while chanting, "Spare me my life please."
They're INSANE over there, I tell ya. INSANE! And I like it!
