On a happier note, the 3DS has been official priced and dated. I had hoped it would be out on March 20, but I'll wait an extra week from my birthday if I have to. I've already got the money saved up for it and I put $5 down on it last week but today I'll brave the snow to slap more money down and get the thing paid off.
Woot. The DS has been the 'console' that I've played almost every single day for the past 5 years and I'm stoked for the new hardware with the potential for some cool 3D trickery.

I've only played my DS a handful of times over the last 2 years, so the 3DS isn't on my radar that much. The 3D technology in it is intriguing, but I'm not sure if it'll be novelty or substance. I look forward to you reviewing it when you get your hands on it in 2 months.
No problem. I love the DS because I can take it to work if things get slow, play it in bed or wherever, esp. if the kids are hogging the TV.
There's the difference... I don't have to fight anyone for the TV and I work at home.
After reading the title I thought this was about report cards coming home!
