Something Awful has a great little article on the 3 types of evil customers at your local Gamestop (or EB). I sympathize with the game store employees. I don't work there and these customers drive me nuts. I wonder how they handle ME!

"This man has no idea what he wants, but he is convinced that if he doesn't find it immediately it will be a calamity of epic proportions. Also he is upset that Gamestop does not sell Star Trek novels and ham."
