I love my local EB. I was in there today getting ZOE2 and I saw a cool lithograph from Xenosaga stuck to the case behind the counter. I just said, "Man, I love that lithograph."

The manager said, "Really?" and then proceeded to turn around take it off the case and give it to me! WOO!
