Worst Scam Ever

I just got two of these e-mails in my inbox and I had to laugh. On the one hand, they're somewhat convincing as far as mimicing the TD letterhead.

But just read the text.

Dear Clien,

Congratulations ! Login and possibly WIN A FREE online bill payment up to 1000.00$. To be Elligible to this offer you must make A payment during the month, if u have already made payments using online banking please login to your account and verify your messages.

PLEASE NOTICE THIS IS VALID FROM 22/11/2005 AND ENDS 22/12/2005

- LOG OFF AFTER USING YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
- UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION WITH TD EACH TIME WE REQUIRE FOR THIS ACTION

If the millions of horrible spelling and grammar mistakes don't give it away, the whole 'Log off of your account and update your information again' aspect should really raise the level of suspicion by about 18 McCarthies (1 McCarthy being the unit of suspicion required to raise your eyebrow 0.5 cm).

Yeesh.
